- 1 bathroom adjoining the master suite which offers clear spaces and an XXL shower of 80 x 100 cm which combines comfort of use with design with WC.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds for 1 person (80x190) equipped with rolling shutters

- 1 second bathroom with shower and sink

- 1 second toilet (separate from the bathroom)

- Well-appointed corner kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, crockery kit

- Beautiful living room of more than 15 m2 with flat screen television

- Blankets and pillows provided

- Large terrace: garden furniture (a table + 6 chairs) and parasol.

The price includes: parking for one car, water, gas and electricity

    Extra :

- Baby bed = 15 €/week

- High chair = 10 €/week

- Baby bath = €5/week

- Baby kit (Bed + Chair + Bath) = €25/week

- Sheet rental = €10/bed

- Towel rental = €6/person (1 large + 1 small)

- Barbecue rental = 10 €/day or 15 €/week

- Cleaning package = €90

- A handling fee of €19 will be charged for reservations in July/August and €12 outside of season.

- Cancellation insurance = 4% of the price of the stay (excluding administrative fees and tourist taxes). Without taking out cancellation insurance NO REFUND will be granted whatever the cause.
