Cap Fréhel

Touristic site

Cap Fréhel is a spectacular headland located on the northern coast of Brittany, France. It is renowned for its dramatic cliffs rising up to 70 meters above the sea, offering breathtaking views of the English Channel.

The site is also known for its iconic lighthouse, built in the 19th century, which guides ships through these turbulent waters.

The 4* La Touesse campsite is located 35 km from Cap Fréhel.

Visitors can enjoy picturesque hiking trails along the cliffs and explore the rich wildlife and flora of the area.

 

Dominating an emerald-colored sea, Cap Fréhel offers an exceptional spectacle.
From the top of its cliffs, you will have a breathtaking view of the six islets that make up the ornithological reserve populated by shags, gulls and seagulls.

A 30-minute walk from this legendary site, stands this beautiful medieval castle converted into a coastal defense fort: Fort La Latte.
